Volunteer Career Passion Community coaches continue face-to-face Career Coaching in the community supported by Coaching through Career Passion Online Connection, the Interactive, Real-time Virtual Coaching Environment. Fort Albany/Kashechewan, Ontario "I learned that I need to stay in school and keep it up." Bev Sutherland, Kashechewan First Nation School Administers and Teachers were pleased that the Career Planning would help their students meet the Ontario Ministry Education's requirement that each student develop an Education Plan. Peter Nakogee, Wawatay Radio, spoke to Conference participants and inspired them to get to know who they are, to be the best they can be and to reach for and strengthen connections with their families, First Nation Culture and Tradition.
