

Sandra Greenough, CHRP Life, Career, Leadership and Retirement Passion Coach; Workforce & Economic Development Director for the International Science & Technology Development Center (I.S.T.D.C.)
As an Educator and Human Resource Consultant, Sandra's life passion is strengthening others and the development of individuals, families, organizations, communities and economies. Her life's work is dedicated to inspire and practically help people achieve the success they deserve on a local, provincial, national and global scale. Sandra helps people holistically "Discover their Career Passion." What they Love and Need to do in all areas of their life, the Courage to Live it and a Plan to do it!
Sandra is a regular columnist, radio and television talk show guest. The Career Passion process was a key element in helping Saskatchewan Government Insurance win the Saskatchewan Labour Force Development Board's 2000 & 2005 Career Laddering Award. Greenough & Associates Inc. was a 2004 & 2005 Saskatchewan Labour Force Development Board training for Excellence Award nominee in the Promotion of Aboriginal Workforce Participation Category. Sandra is also involved with YouthBuild Saskatchewan, as the Director for Ready for Work. Recently presenting the Career Passion Process in Amsterdam, Sandra met with United Nations officials in Geneva to discuss global workforce development priorities and solutions.
She is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS) who leads energizing keynote presentations, Career Passion seminars and provides individual coaching for employees, managers, entrepreneurs and individuals of all ages and stages of life and career. Sandra leads Career Passion Youth and Community Conferences to connect Youth and Community members with employers and entrepreneurs regarding academic, employment and entrepreneurial opportunities. Greenough & Associates Inc. leads innovative human resource development projects such as the Community Mentorship Centre and the development of Human Resource Strategic Action Plans at the local, provincial and national and international levels. Sandra has the honour of serving as Saskatchewan's Literacy Ambassador and is working with the Saskatchewan Literacy Commission to design a Model Community Literacy Festival for SaskSmart Communities to strengthen "Lifelong & Lifewide" Family & Workplace Literacy. Her articles have appeared in national publications and on national websites. Sandra is a member of Regina Aboriginal Professional Association, Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan Association of Human Resource Professionals, Regina and Saskatchewan Chambers of Commerce. In 2000 , Sandra was elected President for the Regina Chamber of Commerce. She was elected to the Saskatchewan Chamber's Board of Directors and is a Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce Youth, Education & Training Committee Member. She was a Board Member for three years for the Assiniboia Club, Regina, Sask., which is affiliated with an international network of business clubs. She was also appointed as a National Advisory Committee Member for REALM magazine and website and as REALM's National eMentorship Coordinator. Sandra serves as Board Member for the Community Outreach Group (non-profit organization serving the needs of Canadians with disabilities, First Nations, Metis & Inuit Peoples) and Access Communications Television Community Channel. Sandra is a Director of Education for the ISTDC (International Science & Technology Develpment Centre). Sandra is committed to international business development and was a delegate on the Mayor of Regina's 1997 Trade Mission to China. She was awarded the YWCA of Regina's 2001 Woman of Distinction Award in the Business, Labour & Professional category and the Women Entrepreneurs of Saskatchewan 2001 Existing Member of the Year Award. In 2001, 2003 and 2006 Sandra was the nominee for a Canadian Women Entrepreneur of the Year Award in the Innovation Category for her innovative work in human technology. Sandra believes in combining the strength of human interaction with innovative, interactive technologies. She received the Athena Award for Business Excellence in Leadership Development & Mentorship at the Regina Chamber of Commerce 2005 Paragon Awards. In 2005, Sandra was nominated for a Saskatchewan Labour Force Development Board Award in the Promotion of Aboriginal Workforce Participation category. Sandra is committed to helping all cultures understand each other. She works with non-Aboriginal organizations to help them understand Aboriginal cultures, human resources, and social and economic development opportunities. Greenough & Associates Inc. works with Aboriginal organizations and First Nations communities to help them build and strengthen relationships, employment and economic opportunities with non-Aboriginal organizations. She is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations see beyond color, age-related stereotypes, ability-related stereotypes, gender-related stereotypes, and private, non-profit and public sector stereotypes to explode negative stereotypes in order to see the resources, skills, wisdom and gifts of all people, communities and organizations. Sandra is thankful for the opportunity to parent two vibrant sons, Johnathon, aged 26 years, and Michael, aged 14 years.
