Basic Elements of the Career Passion Process include:
- Assessment of High Passion Interests and Skills- Here individuals are guided through a self-assessment tool that helps them discover specific skills and interests that they are passionate about.
- Assessment of Core Values- With this tool an individual confirms and explores what they value most in life, their top five values and their three least important values.
- Discovery of Personality Strengths- With this self-assessment tool, an individual learns about their personality strengths and weaknesses. Here individuals also learn how other personalities naturally react to them and are provided with practical tips to communicate, manage change and transition more effectively and strengthen relationships..
- Assessment of Self-Esteem- This Trust Yourself Quotient tool explores an individual's confidence in themselves. They also discover the beliefs and actions that stop them from pursuing and achieving their Career Passion and learn how to strengthen their self-esteem.
- Life Balance- Here individuals explore the intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual areas of their life using the teaching of the Medicine Wheel to discover balance in their life.
- Development of a Career & Life Plan- Participants take the understanding they now have of themselves and they build a life vision and mission. Short and long-term goals are developed with a Life and Career Passion coach, to continue the momentum of Discovering their Life and Career Passion and having the Courage to Live it!
- Six levels of Evaluation- Through the Career Passion process, individuals continually evaluate themselves and their progress over the long-term and up to a three-year period. It also gives them timely feedback and encouragement as they continue through the Career Passion Process.
- Career Passion Online Connection - Face-to-face and On-going support for participants long after the Career Passion process.
