Basic Elements of the Retirement Passion Process include:
  • Assessment of High Passion Interests and Skills- Here individuals are guided through a self-assessment tool, which helps them, discover specific skills and interests that they are passionate about.
  • Assessment of Core Values- With this tool an individual confirms and explores what in life they value most.
  • Discovery of Personality Strengths- With this self-assessment tool, an individual learns about their personality strengths and weaknesses. Here individuals also learn how other personalities naturally react to them and are provided with practical tools to communicate more effectively.
  • Assessment of Self-Esteem- This tool explores an individual's perception of their life experience. They also discover the beliefs and actions that stop them from pursuing and achieving their Retirement Passion and learn how to strengthen their self-esteem.
  • Development of a Retirement & Life Plan- Here participants take the understanding they now have of themselves,and they build a life vision and mission. Short and long-term plans are developed with a Retirement Passion coach, to continue the momentum of Discovering their Retirement Passion and having the Courage to Live it!
  • 4 levels of Evaluation- Through the Retirement Passion process, individuals continually evaluate themselves and their progress. It also gives them timely feedback and encouragement as they continue through the Retirement Passion Process.
  • Retirement Passion Online Connection - On-going support for participants long after the Retirement Passion process.
