As we continue to evolve as a society, Youth will perform a vital role in ensuring that there is clear, timely and effective communication and in helping each generation understand the strength of each other's perspectives to achieve more effective analysis, plans, actions and results. The development of the confidence and pro-activeness of Youth is vital to the development of our societies. Youth who have the chance to enhance their social knowledge and educate themselves in a variety of ways will enhance all aspects of the lives they touch in the future %96 whether as future parents, partners, employees or volunteers. Youth will be required to lead in all areas of their lives.
